Programmatic access to environmental risk screening for Michigan properties. Currently in private beta for select partners and integrators.
Private Beta Status
The EnviroScreen API is currently in private beta. We're working with a limited number of partners to refine the API before public release.

API Overview
GET /api/report
Returns a comprehensive environmental risk report for a Michigan address, including composite score, signal breakdown, and risk tier.
GET /api/screen-free
Free screening endpoint that returns a simplified risk assessment (score and tier) without the full signal breakdown.
POST /api/report/pdf
Generates a professional PDF report suitable for due diligence packages and transaction documentation.
